Madagascar 1 Dual Audio 720p is a 2005 American computer-animated adventure comedy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It tells the story of four Central Park Zoo animals—Molly the mouse, Melman the giraffe, Alex the lion, and Gloria the hippopotamus—who wish to become accomplished circus artists. But first they must escape from their captors, Sydney’s pet store. The characters' desire for freedom inspires them to form a plan to get outside help so they can continue living out their dreams. This screenplay is based on the 2003 Disney·Pixar film "Madagascar", which is itself a spin-off from "The Lion King" and featured the voices of Jim Gaffigan, Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, Jada Pinkett Smith, Cedric the Entertainer and Sacha Baron Cohen. In the film, all four characters were voiced by Ben Stiller, who has a cameo role as himself in this film. The film was released on November 12, 2005. It received mostly positive reviews from critics and earned a worldwide gross of $432 million on a production budget of $83 million. It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, but lost to the eventual winner, "Happy Feet". The film was followed by a sequel, "", in 2008. In New York City's Central Park Zoo, four animals have broken out of their enclosures: Alex the lion (Ben Stiller), Marty the zebra (Chris Rock), Gloria the hippo (Jada Pinkett Smith) and Melman the giraffe (David Schwimmer). After exploring the zoo, they decide to go to Madagascar. They arrive just as a ship is leaving port. Marty is spotted and swallowed by a blue whale named Percy who mistakes him for a worm. The rest climb aboard their ship just before it leaves. Their attempts to reach Madagascar are thwarted by a penguin and an octopus, and their ship drifts on an ice floe. The lemurs King Julien (Sacha Baron Cohen), Maurice (Cedric the Entertainer), and Mort (Bernie Mac) convene with the penguins Skipper (Tom McGrath), Kowalski (Chris Miller) and Rico (Jody Hill) as well as their captain, Nigel the chimpanzee (Ian Holm). Julien suggests that anyone who can reach land must be their king, but they all decline. They soon come across the drifting ship. Skipper catches a glimpse of the four animals aboard and fears that they're albino killer whales who eat seals. A storm starts, breaking the ice floe apart. Julien, Maurice and Mort jump onto the same piece of ice containing the ship with the four animals. Melman is swept away, presumed dead by his friends. In fact, he had only been washed overboard and washes ashore on a small island. Finding himself trapped on this island, he tries to attract attention to rescue him from a distance using a signal fire, but fails until an explosion caused by two mice scares him into creating one with some sticks and leaves. cfa1e77820
